Booking Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Guest:
Cancellations made 2 days or more prior to the scheduled booking date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 1 days of the scheduled booking date will be charged 50% of the total booking amount as a cancellation fee.
No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the booking will result in a charge of 100% of the total booking amount.
Cancellation by NVEcoFarm:
In the rare event that NVEcoFarm needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances or operational reasons, guests will receive a full refund.
NVEcoFarm reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings as necessary, and we will make every effort to provide advance notice in such cases.
